These terms of use govern all access to and interaction with the MathewsMotor platform, including the website, quote tools, account management features, and any other services made available through this digital presence. By accessing the platform in any capacity, each visitor agrees to the conditions set out below. Continued use after any posted update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.
The platform is intended for use by individuals who are legal residents of the United States and who are at minimum eighteen years of age. Access by persons outside this eligibility profile is not authorised, and any information submitted under those circumstances will not be processed as a valid inquiry.
All content available on this platform, including but not limited to text, layout, graphic elements, coverage descriptions, and the underlying code structure, is the property of MathewsMotor and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of any portion of this content without prior written authorisation is prohibited.
The quote and account tools on this platform are provided to assist drivers in understanding available coverage options and generating indicative pricing based on submitted vehicle and driver details. A generated quote does not constitute a binding offer of insurance, a guarantee of coverage, or a confirmed policy. Coverage is formalised only upon completion of an underwriting review and issuance of a signed policy document.
Each user of the platform is responsible for the accuracy of all information submitted. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading details in connection with a quote request or account registration may result in denial of coverage, cancellation of an active policy, or refusal of a claim. MathewsMotor reserves the right to verify submitted information against available data sources.
Account credentials, including the registered email address and password, are the sole responsibility of the account holder. Access granted using valid credentials will be attributed to the registered account holder, regardless of who initiated the session. Any suspected unauthorised access should be reported immediately to elijah_mathews@mathewsmotor.com.
The platform may contain links to external websites operated by third parties. The presence of such links does not constitute an endorsement of those sites, their content, or the organisations behind them. MathewsMotor has no control over external content and accepts no responsibility for the accuracy, legality, or appropriateness of linked material.

No warranty is made, expressed or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the platform or the absence of technical errors. MathewsMotor is not liable for losses arising from temporary unavailability, data transmission delays, or errors introduced through browser or network conditions outside its control.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MathewsMotor's liability to any individual user for any claim arising from use of this platform is limited to the amount paid by that user for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the twelve months preceding the claim. Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages are excluded from this limit.
Disputes arising in connection with use of this platform or the services described herein will be governed by the laws of the state of New York. Any unresolved disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules, and each party waives the right to pursue claims as part of a class action.
